Attaches to the ALS-retention and covers the ALS lever to provide additional security and also helps accidental activation of the ALS. Also prevents clothing from jamming the ALS-lever accidentally.

Can be mounted on Safariland holsters with only ALS-retention system (such as SL6377, SL6378, etc..) and not on Safariland holsters with SLS/ALS-retention (such as SL6367, SL6360, SL6305, etc). Installation is easy, remove the two screws of the belt loop / paddle, place the ALS-Guard with ALS-Hood Guard between the holster body and belt loop/paddle and use the two supplied SLScrew-9 to tighten.
