We inform you about:

2. Services and Features of this Website

This website is an online shop for the sale of goods.

The term "goods" refers to physical items.

Products are presented on this website that can be added to an electronic shopping cart and then bindingly ordered and paid for.

This website includes a header and a footer menu.

In the header menu, the goods we sell are listed by category and can be accessed individually from there.

Each product is described on its own detail page with further information about its essential characteristics, included components, and the total price. From there, the product can be added to the electronic shopping cart.

Additionally, once you have added at least one product to the cart, you can access the shopping cart via the header menu. From the cart, the electronic order process can be initiated and completed.

The footer menu contains links to our legal notice (Impressum) with our contact details, legal basis information for our online services, shipping and payment options, as well as other helpful service pages.

3. Explanation of Use and Functions

- This website can be operated via virtual buttons.

- On the homepage, the central area displays a selection of offered products. By interacting with a product display, you are taken to the respective product detail page.

- You can navigate between different product categories using the header menu.

- After selecting a category, you are taken to an overview page showing all products in that category.

- By interacting with a product on the overview page, you are again directed to the respective detail page.

- The detail pages contain all essential product information, total price, and—where applicable—a quantity selector and an add-to-cart button.

- If available, the desired quantity can be set via the quantity selector.

- By pressing the cart button, you add the product (in the selected quantity, if applicable) to the electronic shopping cart.

- The cart can be accessed at any time via the header menu.

- You can review added products, and via dedicated buttons, remove products or change the quantity if applicable.

- After reviewing, you can complete the electronic ordering process by interacting with the appropriate buttons.

- You will first be asked to enter your contact details (at a minimum: name, email address, and delivery/billing address) via a form.

- Next, you may select from available delivery or service options.

- Then, you choose from the available payment methods, enter the required payment details, and finalize the order.

- The binding placement of the order only occurs when you click the button on the final order page, labeled “Buy,” “Buy Now,” “Order with obligation to pay,” or another similarly clear label.

- Before clicking this final order button, you may navigate back to previous steps via your browser’s “Back” button and/or cancel the ordering process at any time.

- If you choose an online payment method, you will be redirected from the final order page to the respective payment provider’s system to complete the transaction.

4. Legal Requirements for Accessibility

As an online shop, this website is considered a “service in electronic commerce” and features electronic ordering and payment capabilities.

Specific legal requirements for accessibility apply to it.

Generally, this website must include functions and procedures tailored to the needs of people with disabilities and must be operable using digital assistive technologies.

The online shop functions must be:

- Perceivable,

- Operable,

- Understandable, and

- Robust.

- Perceivable means the information and components must be presented in a way that is easily perceivable by all users.

- Operable means that users with limited mobility or cognitive abilities must be able to use the functions.

- Understandable requires that the information and features be logically structured, clearly labeled, and unambiguous.

- Robust means that content and functions must be reliably usable without limitations, even when assistive technologies are used.

- If the shop offers products that themselves have accessibility requirements, then—if available—information on the accessible use of those products must also be provided.

5. Available Support for Accessible Use

This website fulfills accessibility requirements through the following measures:

- Alt texts for images: All product images include alternative text descriptions that can be processed by screen readers.

- Adjustable font sizes: Users can adjust the font size of the page content to maximize readability.

- Browser-independent layout: Content and features are consistently available across all browsers in the same layout and resolution.

- Cascading Style Sheets (CSS): A programming language is used that separates content structure from visual design, enabling assistive technologies to apply custom visibility schemes.

- Responsive design: Content, elements, and features automatically adapt to different screen sizes.

- Scalability: Page elements and content remain legible and high-resolution even when enlarged.

6. Responsible Supervisory Authority

A supervisory authority will be responsible for monitoring the accessibility of this website.

At present, no such authority has been designated.

Once a responsible authority is appointed, its name and address will be published here.
