- Apply blister stoppers only in clean and dry shoes or on insoles.
- First remove only part of the protective film and apply the blister stopper to the intended area of the shoe or insole.

- Application to the heel: When putting on shoes, make sure that the edges of the stopper do not come off.
It is best to use a shoehorn.
- Replace the blister stopper as soon as the blue coating wears off or it begins to peel off.
Warm with a hair dryer before removing.
