Consequential improvement of the predecessor 219930. The new version is shaped more body-friendly and additionally equipped with mesh fabric on the inside.
Padded relief/intermediate belt without buckle with loops on the outside and hook velcro on the inside and additional mesh fabric. So this can be fixed to a lower belt with fleece velcro.
The wide padded comfort intermediate belt is worn between the inner/shorts belt and the duty belt.
It is extra wide so that it can partially enclose and cushion the hard underside of the duty belt, reducing pressure on the hips.
5 belt holders are firmly sewn to the outside of the intermediate belt and fix the overbelt (up to 50 mm wide) to the padded intermediate belt. When the system is taken off, the intermediate belt normally remains fixed to the overbelt. The connection with the lower belt is made by a Velcro lower belt.
The size of the intermediate belt should be selected in such a way that it does not overlap under the buckle of the overbelt under any circumstances, but always leaves a gap, which may also be wider, since the possible pressure points do not normally occur at the front in the abdominal area.
To take further pressure off the hips, a brace could also be used in addition.
