The Model 575 GLSTM Pro-Fit brings the unique GLSTM (Grip Lock System) and SafariSevenTM together in a holster designed to fit a wide variety of guns. The Pro-FitTM is customizable and adjusts to securely fit over 175 firearms. The 575 also features the GLSTM, an innovative technology that automatically secures the weapon when holstered and releases it upon application of the middle finger with a standard shooting grip for a more intuitive and safer release. The holster body is constructed with SafariSevenTM, a lightweight, state-of-the-art nylon blend is completely non-abrasive to a guns finish, tolerant of extreme high and low temperatures, and easy to maintain. The draw angle of the holster can be adjusted by a screw and allen key.

This Pro-Fit series offers the unique Grip Lock System (GLS), which secures the weapon once holstered, retention is deactivated with the middle finger upon a standard shooting grip on the weapon. The body is SafariSevenTM, a proprietary nylon blend that is non-abrasive to a firearms finish and maintains very high heat tolerance as well as low cold tolerance. Its low-cut and compact design makes concealment easy while also allowing for a quick draw

For better visual understanding
A glock 17 does fit into the holster but the end of the barrel is slightly visible and is not completely covered. The barrel is fully covered when using following guns: P10, P30, P2000, VP9 (SFP9) , P99/P99Q, P6, Glock 19/46 etc.

The holster has a retention screw to adjust the draw resistance for a tighter or looser fit. In addition, for guns with a smaller trigger guard, the holster will be delivered with an additional plastic adapter for the GLS. For a tighter and better fit, the plastic adapter can be installed in the inside of the holster to reduce the space.

!!Attention!!

We repeatedly receive complaints about GLS holsters - the gun no longer locks. In almost all cases, there is no defect in the safety mechanism. Rather, the safety mechanism was accidentally activated when the weapon was not in the holster. To remedy the situation, press the GLS safety as if you were drawing the weapon. Keep the safety pressed and with one finger of the other hand push the lever inside the holster back to its original position. See below a video to solve this problem:

Einfach klasse

Definitiv eines der besten IWB Holster, die ich bisher in der Hand hatte. Das Holster wirkt zwar etwas klobig, aber es liegt sehr eng am Körper an, trägt kaum auf und hält die Waffe bombensicher an Ort und Stelle. Meine P30 passt perfekt und die Sicherung greift sehr zuverlässig. Zeitgleich lässt sich diese Erich und mühelos beim Ziehen intuitiv lösen.

Perfektes Holster für verdecktes Tragen

Das Safariland 575 GLS Holster kommt in gewohnter top Qualität. Alles passt und macht einen wertigen Eindruck, anders als bei Blackhawk-Schrott, wo nicht Mal die Schrauben greifen...

Das Holster passt sowohl für meine dienstliche P30 als auch für meine Airsoft-Modelle CZ 75, Beretta 92 oder Walther PPQ/P99Q. Das GLS System greift mit einem satten Klicken. Es ist so designt, dass man nicht mehr über seinen Griff nachdenken muss, da es nur öffnet, wenn die Waffe vernünftig gehalten wird. Man greift die Waffe und öffnet damit automatisch die Sicherung, absolut intuitiv. Angreifer können die Waffe (sollten sie die Kleidung darüber entfernt haben, es ist ja ein IWB Holster) trotzdem eher schlecht greifen, da die GLS Sicherung sehr eng am Körper anliegt.

Einziger (geringer) Mängel ist der Gürtelclip. Auch wenn das Holster im Schüttelversuch nicht vom Gürtel abfiel, hätte ich mir doch einen geschlossenen Clip (Druckknopf etc.) gewünscht.

Hält mich aber nicht davon ab, das Holster uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Vor allem ist es eben nicht maßgeschneidert für eine Waffe, sondern man kann es immer weiter verwenden (Länderwechsel etc.)
