The patches are applied to the problem area above the big toe with the help of the practical applicator. Once glued in place, the patches prevent your big toe from chafing the mesh or fabric in the shoe.
The patches are made of a thin, extremely robust composite fabric that cannot be felt in the shoe. When attached correctly, a patch usually stays firmly in the shoe for months without coming off or rubbing through.
