The Pivot Plus Knife Sharpener from Work Sharp is a practical knife sharpener that, in addition to crossed carbide elements and ceramic rods, also has a fold-out conical diamond sharpener for serrated edges. The basic sharpness is produced by two crossed carbide elements, while the fine honing is done with the two ceramic rods. Thanks to the integrated suspension, the carbide elements follow the shape of the blade, making the result much more uniform. The extremely lightweight knife sharpener can be easily stowed in the jacket pocket or tool case and is also equipped with a catch strap eyelet.
