DELIVERY

1. Depending on the size of your order will be shipped via parcel or freight forwarder. 

2. We ship by default only to the countries listed below. The applicable shipping costs can be found in the table below. If you wish shipment to another country, then please send us an email (bestellung@cop-gmbh.de) and tell us the item the amount of product and the shipping address and the corresponding zip code of the destination. We will then notify you shortly whether we can ship to the requested country and quote you for the shipping cost as we have to obtain quotes for shipping to countries not listed below from our carrier.

3. Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to additional costs such as customs or import tax.  

DELIVERY TIMES 

I. Delivery time Germany and Austria

The delivery time is max. five business days. On Sundays and holidays there is no delivery. If an item is not in stock or not available immediately and the delivery time extended, the customer will be notified for this item. 

II. Delivery time all other countries: 

The delivery time is up to two weeks. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays there is no delivery. If an item is not in stock or not available immediately and the delivery time extended, the customer will be notified for this item. 

Information to calculate the delivery date 

The deadline for delivery begins when paying in advance on the day after the payment order to the remitting bank or for other payments on the day to run after the contract and ends with the end of the last day of the period. If it falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday at the delivery state approved the last day of the period, occurs the next business day in the place of such a day.

Shipping Options

We ship with UPS and DHL or to DHL Packstation (online Germany).

Note: delivery takes place at UPS only from Monday to Friday - No service on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays!
Delivery by DHL also on Saturdays!

Austria ships exclusively via DPD!

Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to additional costs such as customs or import tax.

I. shipping charges for shipments in Germany and Austria 

  • The shipping and processing flat rate for small orders up to a gross goods value of up to EUR 39.00 is a flat rate of EUR 5.00..
  • From a total goods value including VAT of 39,01 EUR we will provide FREE SHIPPING within Germany and Austria.

or payment by cash on delivery (Germany only!!): 

  • Please note that in addition to the transport charges our carrier charges an additional fee of 9.00 EUR per cash on delivery shipment.

II. International shipping (except Austria) 

Please note that cross-border deliveries may incur other charges, in the form of customs duties, which are to be borne by you.
