How do I get the SVKP?
The special sale price (SVKP) will be given to officials and employees at home and abroad who are employed by the following companies or authorities: Security and Rescue services, municipal authorities, police, judiciary, federal police, customs, THW, fire brigade, police candidate / police student, training center of the security academy (BZS), magistrates, supervisory bodies, federal and armed forces. No special discount is granted for promotional items.
How can I legitimize myself?
When ordering for the first time by shipping to the service address.
Alternatively, you can legitimize yourself from your business mail account by sending an email - after you have placed your order and registered in the
applicable customer group.
Can I order as a private person without a professional background?
Of course. Simply select private customer when registering. You will then receive the sales price = VP.
Can I, as a private person, order articles relevant to the authorities?
Articles relevant to the authorities are only given to these professional groups.
Who pays the postage for returns?
The postage for the return to COP is borne by the customer himself.

How can I provide proof of age for products labeled "from the age of 18"?
