Returns instructions

If you would like to return or exchange items, you can do so in accordance with our 14-day returns policy by using our returns form.

If you want to exchange your items, you are welcome to contact us upfront so that your allocated COP Shop can reserve or order the items you would like to receive.

1. Packaging

Please place your items in the original packaging and include the completed returns form as well as a copy of your invoice.

The original packaging should not be damaged.

2. Postage

Please make sure to pay the correct postage for your parcel. We do not provide returns labels.

Exchange returns from outside of Germany could be due to additional delivery charges.

3. Despatch

Please send your parcel to your allocated COP Shop. You can find your COP Shop in the order confirmation, on your invoice or here.

4. We will sort the rest

If you want to exchange your items, we will send you the replacement as soon as we can.

Should you prefer a refund, we will refund the money to your original payment method.

  • Please avoid damage and only return clean items.
  • Please return the items in the original packaging with all included accessories and parts.
  • If required, please use suitable additional packaging material.
  • If you no longer have the original packaging, please use a suitable replacement.
  • Returns from non-EU/EEC countries may be subject to additional customs charges or import tax, for which the customer becomes liable.
