Products that are marked with an asterisk relate to items that are sold only to authorities of the armed forces, civil defense, police of the federal and state governments and other institutions that serve public safety and public order, and their relatives.
Personal protective equipment without CE-markings:
We expressly point out that personal protective equipment which, in accordance with § 1 paragraph 5 of the 8th ordinance of the Equipment and Product Safety Act (Regulation concerning the placing of personal protective equipment), do not require the mandatory CE markings and are not to be sold to consumers, but only to authorities of the armed forces, civil defense, police of the federal and state governments, and other facilities that serve the public safety (eg emergency services in the public service) and public order, and their dependents. The delivery of a product stated above to an end user is associated with severe penalties. We assume no liability. The trader is obliged to prove the membership of the above authorities on the particular end user prior to the placing the order for the product or in the case of a subsequent sale to another dealer to ensure that the product will only be made available to the above-referenced authorities or their families after the appropriate verification.
