Model 2191416 is an open handcuff holster- 360° rotation is small steps for individual positioning on the belt.
The rotating mechanism is heavy duty and therefore does not need a lock (proven rotating mechanism of the baton holster 219606 from our assortment).

The pocket of the lower part of the holster is a pocket, into which a part of the handcuff can be pushed. This is fixed in the middle by a sturdy nylon loop with 2 snaps.
Quick release without any problems
The result of this intricate design is a very lightweight and durable product that is excellent for the rigors of duty on the road.
