Disposable cuffs which can be easily carried and concealed. The material is unaffected by hot or cold weather. Caution: once these are applied, they cannot be loosened and have to be cut to release the suspect.

Die Benutzung und Wirkung sind einfach super. Farbe ist perfekt. Aber es tritt relativ schnell eine Abschnürung auf, die zur Taubheit führen kann. Das ist gefährlich und muss dringend überwacht werden.
