Please note:
The GearKeeper is not designed to automatically retract the attached equipment. Instead, this GearKeeper prevents the equipment from being dropped to the floor or removed by a third party.
To automatically retract the attached equipment would require a retraction force larger than the weight of the equipment. Please note that such a high retraction force could have an impact on the handling and precision of the attached weapon.
The system is only designed to retract the cable, thus preventing it from dangling such as a coiled wire.

The retraction force is large enough to retract objects up to 1.2 kg, however during movement this reduces to 0.8 kg.
