The BREACHER GTX MID is part of a completely new generation of combat boots. The ankle-high shaft of the boot offers an ideal combination of stability and high freedom of movement. In addition to the comfortable dual-density PU midsole with integrated arch support for particularly long marches, the certified genuine ankle protection system with PORON® technology in particular makes these boots the perfect equipment for soldiers and private military contractors. The upper material is a combination of highly abrasion-resistant, breathable CORDURA® material and smooth leather. The smooth leather also has sunlight-reflecting properties thanks to LOWA® RAYFLECT® technology.

The BREACHER GTX MID is reliably waterproof thanks to its GORE-TEX PROFESSIONAL membrane. It is certified as a professional shoe in accordance with EN ISO 20347:2012, is antistatic and has a cold and heat-insulating sole complex. The outsole is not only highly slip-resistant, but also resistant to oil, petrol and contact heat. It can also be customised with orthopaedic insoles in accordance with DGUV 112-191.

SLIP RESISTANCE
The sole fulfils the highest slip resistance requirements. The slip resistance depends primarily on the design and rubber compound of the outsole. The shoes offer optimum slip resistance on slippery, wet and oily surfaces, as well as good grip on rough terrain.

INTERMEDIATE SOLE: 100% polyurethane (PU)
Polyurethane (PU) is a soft plastic that has very good cushioning properties and is therefore usually used in the midsole. The PU content makes the soles light and flexible in their function.
